
Hello i'm Adriane
Adriane has worked as a mental health therapist since 2009 and works with adolescents, adults and couples. Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), The Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
​Having been raised bilingual in English and Portuguese, she has an appreciation for cultural diversity and the unique ways culture shapes our identities, values, experiences and connections.

Adriane provides therapy and support to those navigating through life transitions, coping with emotional pain and/or seeking to strengthen relationships. She offers a safe space to process experiences, gain insight/awareness, reduce emotional distress, and explore new options and perspectives.

Her focus is to help one feel empowered, strengthen their resilience, live with greater balance and find renewed meaning in their lives. She believes healing is not about erasing the past, it is about transforming it into a source of wisdom, compassion, and growth.
