I'm Lisa Graham
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and have been practicing for over 12 years. I am here to help you through the difficult parts of your life, whether you are an adult or a teenager. You might not understand where your feelings are coming from or why they have come to surface now. I can help you explore the core of these feelings and then accompany you on your journey to self-healing and growth. I am eclectic in the types of therapy I use, but I am often drawn to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to help you reach your goals. I also do telehealth therapy in Florida and Oregon.
Some of my specialty areas are trauma recovery, depression, and anxiety.

Trauma comes from many life experiences and I can help you learn how to move past these experiences, healing childhood wounds and maintaining new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving leading to a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled future.

I also specialize in juvenile sex offenders. I am a Certified Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (CJSOTS), treating children with sexual behavioral problems, focusing on deepening insight and empathy, as well as developing risk management skills that reduce the patient's risk of relapse and better protect the community.
